South to waving plains, Colosseum’s bloody

roar, reason’s march from the dark age tomb,

bent in irregular geometric patterns

& shadowed clouds & the bright penny Europe

like a glowing pot shard rejoined in metaphysical

awe by a waving particle hungry for a double

slit.
